Do you need good video for a movie festival?
I’m shooting my short film on a very simple and cheap cam. However the colours are good ( I fix them in editing in any case ) and almost all shots focus on a fairly simple scenes and as it takes place inside I have good lighting available.
I have made films before but this is the first that I will be submitting to a film festival. Will they reject it or will I have less chance if the video quality is subpar for them … How do they watch it to judge the film ? On a computer monitor or projected ?
