How to download music video from youtube and play offline on nokia N81 ?

I want to reply the video on mobile ,but unable to do so if internet is not connected.
I am to download directly on mobile and play.All answers I received are foe downloading on computer and converting to mobile foramt and play on mobile after transfering from computer.
