What Videos Should You Make for Your Rental Home Video Marketing Campaign?

Video marketing is a huge  opportunity for businesses that grab the chance to drive huge sales right away.  One key is understanding how to win these sales.  Probably the  single most important idea  is knowing what make videos.  Also, understanding how to present your videos is important  as  well.

What  should  our rental / leasing videos include:

A video of the grounds.  Ideally, shoot the video during some community activity that provides a social context and presents the idea of a fun exciting place to live.  As you may be aware, marketing has changed.  Marketing focuses on relationship and the more real and connected to you property this is the  better. A video of each amenity with real residents using it in as candid and unscripted of a mode as possible.  Again, you want to deliver a sense of the genuine value you are presenting in a very human and social way. A video of the office staff welcoming and working with residents and new resident prospects.  Try to capture the warmth and personal nature of  your marketing  and leasing. Videos of nearby  important features that residents will care about.  This could include the local grocery store and provide a brief mini tour walking through produce, approaching checkout, and other of the more attractive components  of the experience.  The same approach could be used for retail, dry cleaning, and other services and support. Videos of the local school with children flowing in; athletic events are a great item to include; or maybe a clip from a school play.

The broad idea of your videos is to rent a home  in a vibrant, fun community where any of us would love to live.  This implies capturing not only the things, but the feel, the emotion, the texture, the  color of the entire experience.  Because video indexes well, more videos is good.  On top of this, people like briefer videos.  Short is effective.

Ensure you take the time to develop a good script and plan, have the equipment you need (not expensive), be prepared to rehearse, and  you will be on your well to great videos that will do great things for your rental home marketing and leasing.

Video is one element of a great property rental program.  For most of us, preparing these is uncomfortable and  nerve racking.  However, we need to recognize perfection is not the goal.  To a large extent the most important factors are enthusiasm, a plan, and preparation.
