How do you get a different preview picture for your youtube video?

I wanna rick roll people on my video! I wanna know how to get the desired picture (Osama has been caught) and rick roll people with a 3 minute funny music video. I don’t want to use the 3 preview images youtube gives cause obviously they wont be the osama pic. I wanna pick the image in the video so when people look up the topic they will see Osama in the video and not the rick roll guy!
