What video editing software should I buy for my YouTube videos?

- Corel Video Studio
- Pinnacle
- Adobe Premiere Elements 7.0

Or perhaps someone can suggest something else?
I’m not trying to make super videos like- with explosions or anything, just want a good, fairly price editor with lots of sounds, transactions, and other stuff. Hopefully something under 100$ as well. So what should I get? I have vista, and movie maker isn’t good enough.
