What video card do i need to get to play starcraft 2 in highest resolution with no lag?

Every time i put it in the highest resolution for starcraft 2 beta. The performance decreases. The graphic look awesome when it’s on the highest. What video card should i get that can still run fast and smooth when put in the highest resolution?

it depends on your budget and the slot available on your board! Some of the bigger faster cards require a bigger better power supply with 6 pin connectors so read the specs carefully before you buy anything.
The best cards cost the most money, but you can increase your performance by getting a card with GDDR (not standard DDR). This is memory specifically developed for graphics cards and is designed to work by giving a greater memory speed and memory bandwidth from a lower more efficient memory bus. For future gaming compatibility you want something that is all ready DX11 ready.
Not knowing your PC specs and particularly your PSU capabilities means I am not going to recommend a specific card, but I personally prefer NVidia cards especially with an Intel CPU, if you have an AMD CPU they are almost optimised to use ATi cards (as they are the same company these days it makes perfect sense).
