What to do with a video too small for powerpoint?

I can insert it without problem, but that video is SMALL to be seen from far away. I don’t mind quality, people will be seeing it from many meters, but I do need to stretch it. When I enlarge the “object”, all I get is black area around the stubbornly small video.

I doubt powerpoint itself can help me out, but do you know of some tool that would do?
