Ok is there a way i can make a video in windows movie maker without recording something with a camera?Because i want to make a video of my top 10 nfl rookies and put it on youtube how do i do that?

You can add pictures, existing video and text to your Windows Movies in Windows Movie Maker. All you have to do is drag the elements into the workspace and then arrange them in the timeline as you’d like them to appear.
