What is the best Video format to upload to yahoo video?

What is the best video format to upload to Yahoo Video so that the quality of the video paly in the yahoo video is good as original? I have tried uploaded with MPEG2, MPEG4 and window format, result no good.

The uploaded video to sites like Yahoo video or YouTube or MySpace will NEVER look as good as the original because they compress a LOT.

I have found that a 3 minute video that is compressed to fit into 100 meg MPEG4 file is about as good as it gets. Generally, the better your lighting was to begin with will allow you to have better looking video. A 10 minute video that compressed to about 50 meg will work… but that is about the point the quality starts to go down…
