What is the best mp4 video and audio bit rate?
I an changing the format of some videos to mp4 and I have an option to change the audio and video bit rate. So I am wondering what is the best bit rate for the audio and best bit rate, along with frames per second, for video. Thanks!

Well really it depends on what you’re shooting or storing, whatever. In the case of Studio7031 I would generally upload the footage to Blip at a bitrate of 2000Kbits for the video, and 192 for the audio, but really it depends on what it is you’re publishing.
