How does someone go about making a youtube video without a video camera?

use windows movie maker (included in your windows machine)… it can help you make beautiful slideshow or video(e.g. mixing your songs with pictures/video/etc)…. then save it as video file such as wmv or mpg… finally upload.

or .. Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker to create new masterpieces….

this will help you…. Use ‘zillatube’. This is the easiest (and also the fastest) way.

Zillatube produces mpg/mp3 formats from youtube that are compatible with windows movie maker(or media player), and more.

It is very easy to download and convert videos. Then edit those converted mp3/mpg videos with windows movie maker.

Other then using a webcam or video camera? Well there is a way although I’m no expert at this, but I still know that you can make one without a webcam or video camera.
Windows Movie Maker.
It can come with your Windows (or atleast Windows XP) computer/laptop. It can be easy as long as you know what cha doing. If you got a song downloaded from a CD of yours or something.

You just go into the program
Click “tasks”
If you want photos you click “import photos” and go to the picture area in your folder or whatever, pick the photos that show up. Certains ones may not be accepted by the Movie Maker, but some are.

If you want a song you click “import song”.
Go to your music and click on the music they allow you to. Now you may keep clicking on the folders to get to the music and then once you get there they all of a sudden don’t allow you to put that into Movie Maker, but that’s only for certain ones, but from other like that come with your computer/are from a CD you ripped (copied all the songs on it to your computer), and etc. are aloud.

The once the photos are in your Movie Maker you drag them to them big blocks at the bottom of the program that after that you drag a Video Transition (which you can check out what types there is by clicking the link “Video Transitions”) to them mini blocks at the bottom of the program next to the big blocks. If you want an effect on your picture(s). You right click on the picture and then you select an effect and you can check out the effects when you click on the link “Video Effects”.

If you wanna add a song to it I think you just grab the song that’s in the collection and place it on the 1st big block.

After that’s all done, and you wanna see THE WHOLE THING ya just go to the 1st big block and click it 1 time and then there is a lil video thingy and then you click the play button on there and then it’ll show you the whole movie.

You can save it, but if you wanna put it on YouTube, I heard you don’t save it or it won’t go.

I’mma have to figure out that later.

Well, what you do is something like I explain. I think I may have gotta something wrong, but I don’t think that part would be important, so yeah try what I did and see if it works. Trust me it’ll probably work.
