Get the video off the camera, edit it using the video editor installed on the computer (iMovie for mac, Windows Movie Maker for windows, anything else for Linux thats in the repositories) and choose to slow it’s speed down.

In windows movie maker, get the video off the camera (click Capture from video device), click next and then next again, now select Other settings, then choose a format: High Quality Video (large), click Next.

Now click Start capture to get the video off the camera, when your done, click Stop capture.

Make sure you play the video back so it gets on the computer.

You’ll need to set the function slider/wheel to Playback or Video Playback to act like a USB VCR if it has USB, or firewire with the same thing. Don’t forget to click Finish to save your file.

Now import it, drag it on the time line, right click and select Video Effects. Scroll down and double click Slow down (double).

Click OK and play it.

Once your satisfied, click File > Save movie file

Select “My Computer” and then give it a name, then choose a format. Click Other settings, then select High Quality Video (large), click Next and wait until it’s saved.

Hope this helps.
