How can I play a video on my Windows Desktop and work at the same time?
I’ve got a video project I need to view, and at the same time I’m trying to enter some data. Instead of toggling back and forth, is there a way to watch the video as a transparent/background object so I can work on the data quicker?

I am not aware of any way to run you video transparent/background.
You could run it and shrink the window to a small size and work in another app in another window.
You could get a dual monitor setup.
