How can I download the program necessary to open a video file?
My cousin’s 4D baby ultrasound pictures are saved to a CD, but I don’t have the necessary program to open them. The videos are titled this way:
VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS.IFO
VIDEO_TS.VOB
Any ideas?

.BUP, >IFO, and >VOB are DVD files
pop the cd into your DVD player, or open it on your PC with your DVD playing software.

It’s a DVD you can play it in astand alone DVD Player or on your computer with the right software.

I havent tried the program but it is the type of thing you need.
