Food CD video and a good cream or sauce for a fish platter?
I would like to buy a cooking video, where I can actually see the person preparing the dishes. Also I would like to know a good sauce or cream for a fish. Or a web site.

Well…I make my own sometimes. Here’s what I put in mine. It a little thin and I usually make it for crab cakes but you could put it on fish as well
mayo
1/2 & 1/2
white pepper
Worcestershire
a little garlic
minced capers
That’s about it. I often add
paprika
Old bay
a little ketchup
for crab cakes. They’re both simple and people treat me like I’m Emeril when I make them. Hope you like them
