What would be a good video camera to buy in order to film my pitching mechanics?

I want to buy a good video camera to film my pitching mechanics but I don’t want to have to spend too much money. The frame rate has to be good so that it gives a smooth and clear video so that I can see the details of my pitching motion. Any ideas?
