How to uploaded a digital camera video edited on windows movie maker onto youtube?

I’m trying to upload a finished video onto youtube but it keeps saying unknown error, Ive published the video onto my computer and it plays fine, I’ve tried a few other video editing programs but the same thing happens. Is there something im missing?
