How do I shorten a video time code without dropping data?
I’m trying to increase a video’s fps rate (and in turn increase the speed at which the video plays) for a science experiment involving the human eye and its capacity to interpret information.
However, I cannot figure out how to increase a video’s fps rate or speed without it either keeping the same time code or dropping frames.
Both of these outcomes ruin the point of the experiment.
