How do I make my youtube video come up in search before others?

Hey everyone, for some reason this guy’s video comes in search before mine, when I type in a certain word that has to do with the video, and he just added it yesterday. My video also has 10x more views. My tag has the exact word I put into search too, so what the hell? If I put the word in more than once under tag, does that help?
