How do I convert Videos to a larger Size without Distorting the Video?

Ok Heres my Problem I shot some Scenes on accident in 320X240, I ment to shoot everything in 640X480, Is there any software that can convert my footage to 640X480 without distorting my Video? I’ve Tried alot of programs and none of them seem to be helping any suggestions or solutions to my problem that don’t involve reshooting?
