What is the best video camera for youtube?

It’s almost Christmas, and this year I want a video camera. I don’t need a high-quality ultra v-tec 1902382 billion serious with built in microwave, I just want something that would be good for v-logs. I heard the Flip ultra was really good for simple quality, plus its only $129. Really any recommendation for a video camera under 150$ will be fine. Thanks!
