How do you figure out who your video card manufacturer is?

“It appears that your computer is using the Windows generic video driver for the video card installed in this computer. Unfortunately based on the information available we will not be able to provide you with a link to your specific video drivers. We recommend contacting the manufacturer of your computer or video card to get the latest updates.”

I don’t know who it is/how to find them.
